TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DYNAMIC REWARDS FLIGHTPOINTS

1 GENERAL

1.1 Dynamic Rewards FlightPoints is an exclusive program for members of Dynamic Rewards which is governed by these terms and conditions in conjunction with the standard Dynamic Rewards membership terms and conditions which can be found at www.dynamicrewards.com
1.2 These FlightPoints terms and conditions may be changed or varied at anytime without notice by Dynamic Rewards Ltd at its absolute discretion.
1.3 Dynamic Rewards may at its absolute discretion suspend or terminate the FlightPoints program at any time.
1.4 By accepting these terms and conditions a member acknowledges that they have read these terms and conditions and accepted all responsibility in relation to their participation in the FlightPoints program.
1.5 In these terms and conditions:
Dynamic Rewards means Dynamic Rewards Ltd ABN 42 120 651 489;
Member means a person who has applied for membership of Dynamic Rewards and who has been issued a permanent membership number by Dynamic Rewards;
FlightPoints means Dynamic Rewards points accrued under the Dynamic Rewards program based on the consumption of airfares with various airlines.
1.6 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Queensland and any proceedings with respect to or in connection with Dynamic Rewards brought against Dynamic Rewards will be instituted exclusively in the courts of the state.
1.7 Dynamic Rewards does not operate in jurisdiction where it would be prohibited by any relevant law or government direction.
1.8 Dynamic Rewards has taken and will take all reasonable care to ensure that information contained in these Terms and Conditions and in any publications and advertisements in connection with the program is accurate, but it does not accept any liability with respect to any errors or omissions in any information whether written or verbal.

2 DYNAMIC REWARDS FLIGHTPOINTS

2.1 Members may earn FlightPoints by accessing their online airline bookings through the Dynamic Rewards website with the supply of the following pieces of information: Booking Reservation number and Departure date.
2.2 To earn FlightPoints on an airline booking, the Departure date must be within the last two calendar months. No greater than 61 days
2.3 The email address associated with the airline booking must be identical to the email address in the Dynamic Rewards membership record.
2.3 FlightPoints are added in a pending state, immediately upon a successful query is made of your selected itinerary.
2.4 FlightPoints are held in a pending state until a member performs another transaction through the Dynamic Rewards website with one of our Online Partners. A transaction is where a member makes a purchase with a website or a retail merchant through Dynamic Rewards, not simply by reading an email or referring a new member to Dynamic Rewards.
2.6 FlightPoints transactions are held for 60 days after lodgment at which time if not validated with an online transaction they will expire.
2.7 FlightPoints transactions and itinerary will be stored in the Dynamic Rewards database. This information will only be used for internal marketing purposes and will not be shared with any other parties.
2.8 FlightPoints are issued at a rate of One Point per Two dollars spent excluding taxes and charges.
2.9 FlightPoints share the same redemption values as all other Dynamic Rewards points. Redemption of points earned through the FlightPoints process can be made on or offline with any participating Dynamic Rewards Partner.
2.10 Dynamic Rewards reserves the rights to reverse any transaction it finds is fraudulent. In finding fraudulent transactions Dynamic Rewards reserves the right to terminate the members Dynamic Rewards account as per section 2.8 of the Membership Agreement.
2.11 Travel Agents are ineligible to earn points on behalf of customers.
2.12 If a member contends that a transaction occurred and the points haven’t been credited, please put the request in an email via the My Support area or the Contact Us page. The following information should be included: name, address, card number, date of purchase, merchant name.
2.11 Points at all times remain the property of Dynamic Rewards. Points accrued through involvement with Dynamic Rewards do not constitute property.
2.14 Dynamic Rewards does not have a direct affiliation and is in no way associated with any of these airlines
